Welcome
CARIBBEAN CHILDREN FOUNDATION, INC. is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. Specifically, this organization has been formed to (a) provide relief to the poor, distressed and underprivileged and (b) advance education. Our organization has designed and developed one (1) program in furtherance of our purposes.
Our program is entitled: Caribbean Children Foundation (CCF). We further our purposes under this program by helping kids in distress in the Island of Haiti, and the Caribbean. We need to be able to provide them the basic needs to survive, a good education, and access to health care, and a support group.
King Solomon declared, “ As a man think so is he, ”Proverb 23v7, amazingly this 2000 year old statement has been resonated in our mind ever since we came up with the idea to do something that will impact societies and transcend generations to come; but isn't about a great breakthrough in science or any paradigm shift for that matter. The brilliant idea we came up with some 5 years ago is: to SERVE the needy and orphan of this world. The idea of serving others, especially children, has been the driving force behind this Brand New foundation: Caribbean Children Foundation (we are an organization first of all, but above all we are one organism).
Caribbean Children Foundation, Inc. exists to serve the needy, and the orphan children without prejudices regardless of ethnicities and backgrounds. CCF exists in order to be a safe haven for the underprivileged and orphan children (included under-age girls and boys), they are the most vulnerable especially in time of catastrophic events and other crisis of similar nature. CCF is committed to serve them to its fullest capacity. Further, the goal is to empower these children on a social, physical, emotional and spiritual level so that they grow up to be mature and responsible citizens.
The officers and directors administer this program through a donation of their services. This program has already commenced and consumes 100% of the organization’s time. This program will be advertised through word of mouth, printed material, email, and the internet. It is funded through volunteer services and donations to cover the nominal expenses associated with it. Planning for our program is conducted at our headquarters as listed on this Form 1023. Through the successful execution of our program, we further our purposes of providing relief to the poor, distressed and underprivileged and advancing education.
